Limecroft Resource Centre

Limecroft is a specialist service for people with dementia / memory loss providing respite and short term stays for up to 20 people and aims to prevent carer breakdown and improve the flow of patients through the hospital. The team try and create an environment where people will feel safe, secure and comfortable. We work closely with Age UK who are co-located at the scheme and provide a day care centre
