Young Scot Awards

Since its launch in 2006, the Sunday Mail Young ScotAwards has celebrated the inspirational contributions of thousands of young Scots who have made a real difference to communities across Scotland.

For the past ten years the Young Scot Awards have been a phenomenal success, recognising the amazing achievements of some of Scotland’s truly remarkable young people. The awards shine a light on the positive contributions young people make every day and provide a fantastic opportunity to see their efforts and dedication celebrated.

Do you know a young person who has gone above and beyond in your community? From volunteers to community champions and local heroes.

The Young Scot Awards is Scotland’s biggest celebration of young people and shines the spotlight on the outstanding contribution of young people and groups aged 11-26, who have made a difference to the lives of others.

There are 12 categories including health, community, the arts and diversity. From hundreds of entries, three finalists will be chosen in each of the categories.

The winners will be announced at a glittering red-carpet ceremony in 2018.
