One You Hounslow

One You is a ground-breaking campaign from Public Health England to help adults across Hounslow avoid future diseases caused by our lifestyles.

Behaviours such as eating too much unhealthy food, drinking more alcohol than is recommended, continuing to smoke and not being active enough are responsible for around 40% of all deaths in Hounslow, and cost the NHS more than £11 billion a year.  

One You provides a practical way for adults to reappraise their lifestyle in the form of an online health quiz called ‘How Are You’. The free quiz indicates which areas people should look to change and provides encouragement and tools to help them do so.
